Stopped in for a guest room mattress and ended up with such a great deal that we decided to upgrade and buy the new mattress for our bed! Bobby went above and beyond, knowledgeable, friendly and even threw in some extra goodies! The store is clean, stocked and prices are very reasonable. Okay so it's been past 30 days going into like 60 I just wanted to give a review on the mattress that we purchased and the service and the delivery well I give five stars to everything at this particular point in time I have nothing to complain about everything that we talked about everything I asked for I got everybody seems to be sleeping really well on this bed we even went as far to order stain remover that they recommended from Amazon just in case even though we were given a free mattress pad you still have to protect so far we are completely satisfied the buying experience was so easy I can't even believe it I was on my way to Brooksville when I just said you know and I'm stopping in here and I'm glad I did so here's a big shout out thank you so much really appreciate all your help and so far so good the mattress is excellent. So by local and buy from the store thank you and remember you have to give the mattress time to settle take care of it as instructed and I don't think you're going to have a problem with it I'm extremely picky and I can't believe that I'm giving these guys such a good review

This company is fabulous. When they came to the house to put the mattress on the bed we found that the rails on the bed where the wrong ones. We had just moved and apparently the movers switched the rails from another bed. So, the owner took the time which put him behind schedule and changed the rails around. He never charged us for the extra work. You just don't find this kind of customer service in todays world. We thank you for all you did for us. I would highly recommend Rich Bedding. Bed didn't work for us, once notified, received new bed within a week. Personal service was great - felt they really cared. Would recommend again & again.

Bought a mattress from Rick's a couple of months ago. I Had Company this Easter daughter and son-in-law slept in that room. They told me that the mattress was sagging. Call Rick's and they were ready to come out anytime. Took the mattress out of the bed told me the crossbars were bent on the bed. Made wood Cross bars to support the middle. Going to try it to see if it works. I was told if I had any more problems to call them. I think there professional and the best company too buy a mattress. I've dealt with other companies in the past. But these people all the people to see and do business with thank you!!!!!

The store put together a package for me that was priced more competitive than any other in the area, brought it out and set it up for me the same day because they understood my situation and cared ! Shopped around for price, including on line, and ended up with Rich Bedding. Bobby and his crew were fantastic. They removed the old bed and mattress and delivered it to a friend of ours who needed it for a spare bedroom at no charge. They assembled our new bed and mattress and even helped with the mattress pad (which was included) and dust ruffle. They cleaned up and took all the shipping material with them. Very professional and courteous. Couldn't ask for anything better! Highly recommended.
